A: Normally, we will ship within 24hours after receiving payment. We ship the parcel by Fedex, UPS and DHL, which will take 2 or 3 workdays to USA, 3 or 4 workdays in UK , and 5 or 6 workdays to Africa and other country.

A: For average head size, here is my suggestion:

12"-14": 2 bundles

16"-20": 3 bundles

22"-28": 4 bundles or more.

Q4: What type of hair care products should I use?

A: Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Have the following suggestions.

a. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products.

b. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners.

c. You could use gel or hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.

d. Olive oil will be a good choice to keep the hair healthy.

Q5. How do I konw if the hair is human hair?

A: Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning and smell: When it is burnt, human hair has white smoke and smells like wool burnt, and it turns to ash.
