Q 1.: How to tell the difference between human hair and synthetic hair? A: Human hair contains natural protein, so it is easy to tell by burning it. After the hair is burned, you will see white smoke. It smells foul and the remaining hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair may have a few gray hair and split ends, which is quite normal and not a quality problem.

Q 2.: How many bundles do I need for a full head?
A: Normally 3 bundles are enough for a full head, and if you want fuller and thicker effect, 4 bundles are better. For 8-18
inches, 3 bundles are enough. For 20-30 inches, 4 bundles are better.

Q 3.: Can I dye or color the hair ?
A: Yes. The hair can be colored. In general it is easier to dye the hair than to bleach it as it is difficult for the original
color to fade. Improper bleaching will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser to dye or bleach the virgin hair. Coloring by yourself will risk damaging the hair quality or even not coming out the color you want.

Q 4.: Why does the color from the picture not match the product I receive?
A: One is because the monitors we use has slight differences in display. The other is due to natural lighting, lamplight and
camera setting when the picture is taken.

Q 5.: Will the hair shedding or tangle?
A: The hair is double weft weaving which prevent shedding, your hair bundles might tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt-water chlorine and not combing(wide tooth comb) your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Also use Elastin products or consult your stylist for more hair care tips.

Q 6.: How long does the hair last?
A:Our 10A hair products can last up to 1-2 years if you carefully maintain and care for the hair. It's highly recommended that you wash and maintain the hair regularly.
